Business days are Monday to Friday, WET/WEST (Portugal time), excluding Portuguese national public holidays. Timelines start from receipt of completed intake form and all project files.
If we cannot deliver within the agreed timeline due to our error, we notify you immediately with a revised timeline. If a reasonable extension fails, you are entitled to a full refund.
Certified translations are delivered as certified digital PDF files. Physical copies and apostille support are available as add-ons and are quoted separately.
