Full refund if cancelled before the intake form is returned and project files received. Contact hello@translate-one.com within 24 hours of payment with your order reference.
Approximately 75% refund if translation has not started. Approximately 40% if translation is 50% complete. No refund once the first draft has been delivered.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with specific written feedback. Documented errors against the agreed brief are addressed through revision rounds. If errors cannot be corrected, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
