Translate One Lda. provides professional translation and interpreting services delivered digitally. Services include business translation, legal and certified translation, digital localisation, content adaptation, technical translation, and remote interpreting. No physical products are shipped.
A contract is formed on payment confirmation. Work begins after payment and receipt of the intake form with your project files. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
All prices are in Euros (EUR). IVA (23%) may apply for Portuguese clients and some EU clients, per applicable tax rules. Payment processed by Stripe, Inc. Prices are fixed on confirmation.
Core package: 3 business days. Advance priority: 2 business days. Enterprise: timeline agreed at intake. Priority Queue add-on: next business day. Timelines start from receipt of complete project files.
Core: 1 revision round. Advance and Enterprise: unlimited revisions against the original brief. Changes to the original scope are requoted.
All translated output transfers to the client on full payment. Translate One Lda. retains the right to use anonymised project summaries in portfolio unless an NDA is in place.
All project files treated as strictly confidential. NDA available on request at no cost.
Portuguese law applies. Disputes submitted to the courts of Leiria, Portugal.
